I enjoyed living at Barclay club. Every maintenance request was honored. Amenities were kept up.

Sometimes the dumpster overflowed and was an eyesore but that was genearally due to a resident putting a bedframe in the compactor or something stupid like that. IMO it's hardly the management's fault.

I would be cautious about parking around the three story buildings, but i was in the back so there was always ample parking.

My power flickered some in the spring but as my lease went on it seemed to cease. It didn't go out, just surged and reset the clocks.

Overall they are quiet, clean, and a good bargin for what you get.
Staff is nice, although Fair housing act does tie their hands on alot of stuff, like negotiating rent.
