I find the place quite reasonably priced (compared to other places) and haven't had any of the problems other's claim to have. Staff is nice and always responsive to me, but I admit I haven't asked for much to really know. This is located in the best area in my opinion and perhaps that is why I like it most. This is a relatively new apartment complex so I wouldn't have expected problems in maintenance. Neighbors also seem pretty nice in general. If you are looking for a clean well run complex at a reasonable price this seems the best in my book.
