Parking is always an issue, there just are not enough spots! be ready to buy lots of lamps, the lighting is the worst! Some of the units have no living room lighting or one big light that only illuminates 1/3 of the room. The fitness equipment always broken for weeks at a time, pool is always packed and the tanning beds are horrible (I don't think they ever change the bulbs and the beds are never clean!! Gross!!) Need something fixed' expect to call several times and then you have to track down a maintenance person yourself! They'll tell you they've been by and couldn't find a problem, then later they'll say the office staff told them the wrong apt # for the work to be done in. The office staff turns over constantly so nobody ever knows what is going on or can answer a question for you. I've lived here a while, it was nice at first but just gets worse and worse. Also expect your rent to go up every year about 50 bucks!
