Don't care for a returned deposit'

My fiance and I lived in the smaller 2-bedroom unit for just under 2 years. We never trashed the place, paid rent on time or early, and even though we did have two dogs, they were always cleaned up after if necessary.
However, after paying the pricey pet deposit and paying the monthly charge for having pets in the unit, we got screwed out of the deposit just because they had to pay for some carpet cleaning that they should be doing anyway after we moved out. Not to mention having to clean the oven drip pan, which should also be done regardless. Yes, we had dogs. Yes, one was a puppy. And living on the third floor with a puppy is asking for accidents. But we cleaned up after each accident and left absolutely no visible stains or odors. We also paid nearly $1,000 for the two years that we lived there just to have our pets with us, and that doesn't allow a measly couple hundred dollars extra of some B.S. excuse of having to clean some urine out of the carpets'
DO NOT LIVE AT THE BARCLAY CLUB unless you like noisy interruptions from irresponsible and inconsiderate neighbors, a non-friendly maintenance crew, and snobby employees in the office. Oh, yeah, don't forget about over paying for low quality EVERYTHING in the apartment (i.e., cabinets, leaky dishwashers, carpet that falls apart, etc., etc.) and lack of courtesy from the condescending property manager and leasing agents. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
