Since new owners bought the building last year, things have gone from great to terrible. New management has gotten rid of the security patrol; vandalism is on the rise; the promised installation of a fitness center never materialized and probably never will; some of the new tenants have many of us wondering if management is doing any kind of background checks at all; the parking lot has a security gate that is always breaking down and left open for days at a time; and the lot isn't properly maintained in the winter leaving people slipping and sliding in their cars when trying to get in and out.

Until there is new ownership and management, I'd recommend everyone avoid renting here.
