The new slum place to live (if your into that)

The office staff---is insenitve and rude. Not knowledgeable in apartment management and leasing.....The grounds are poorly maintained..The building is not secure as it is suppose to be...The parking lot that tenants pay to use is not secure....The building isnt maintained well. Office staff is slow in responding to the needs of the tenants.
