I lived here for 4 very long years. The large one bedroom apartment was a nice size and it was very close to my workplace, but those are the only redeeming qualities. The management used to be much nicer and more accomodating than it is now and it is only getting worse. Little things do get fixed within the apartment, but larger things that should work and be expected were neglected - affecting security, daily convenience and health.

I paid extra for gated parking, yet it was broken and remained open far too often and almost all of winter - they are afraid it will get stuck closed! It's probably safer to park on the street anyway. My old, generic car got broken into twice in one Thanksgiving weekend - thanks very much! The patrol they have may drive around, but doesn't deter and there are no working cameras. During my last week there, the parking lights were also out.

Elevators are a disaster. It's in a break-down competition with the gate and at least I was lucky not to live too far up. Moving out was misery with the service elevator - different than the front elevator and worse. The service elevator is very small. The workers there and I had to hunt for it floor by floor since it doesn't come when called. This is after it's been serviced! And if you can get it to move, it doesn't stop level with the floor- not useful if you've got a dolly full of boxes. Sometimes it even stops a full foot length below the floor and we'd have to try going up again before coming down.

I had marijuana smoking neighbors - the smoke would seep through under my door. The management themselves smoke heavily in the office - it was an asthma nightmare when I had to go in for anything. Just gross. Don't live here!
