One phrase of words can only discribe this place, "Three Ring Circus". Current management obviously has no clue of what they are doing, as of today the water is off yet again for the 20th time since January, the noise level has gone through the roof, it's quiet during the day perfect if your a day sleeper, forget sleeping at night here. Oh and there's this rumor the property is selling, only question is when' Sooner the better, this place is literally falling apart, the maintenance staff is more concerned about what they can not do versus what they should be doing to fix this place. The office staff is nothing to brag about either, one person might watch your every move and then make up delusional events that never took place and then lies about it when caught and the actual manager - - let's just say cocktails anyone.....
Ownership of this building is questionable, ran by an out of state son/father team, dad seems to be somewhat honest, the son however is only on your side if it makes him look good or there's some juicy drama he can make light of. Basically, stay away until this place sells and some halfway decent owners take it over.
