Where to start' I lived there for about a year and a half. In that amount of time here is a list of what went wrong.

1. Blinds no longer went up.

2. Garbage Disposal broke

3. Outlets either no longer worked or pulled out of the walls due to being screwed into drywall.

4. Furnace needed to be replaced.

5. Hot water heater was replaced and was going out again by the time I moved.

6. Linoleum was replaced through out because it was peeling up allowing moisture to get under it. The new linoleum is now peeling up. Maintenance tried to repair before replace, this resulted in 5 trips to the apartment to resolve.

7. Shower tile fell off. It was replaced by maintenance but will fall off again as all grout is peeling away.

8. Carpet is cheap and is pulling up all around the firplace.

9. 1989 microwave is low powered and utterly useless.



Due to paper thin walls, I recieved 2 complaints about my dog barking. Now I understand that this may be a problem that needs to be resolved but the time period between the 2 notices from management was one day. A little time to resolve would have been nice.



Also the outside breezeway lights are on a timer that no one must know how to set. This results in going out in complete darkness in the early mornings. Great way to fall down the steps! Same goes for the sprinkler system, I mean what is the use of watering the yard at 7 in the morning in December' Just another thing to dodge on your way to the car. Which leads to parking which is like striking gold. Then when you do find somewhere to park it is usually ticketed in the morning.



Management is hard to deal with. Come on now you are doing your jobs not favors! Same for maintenance, getting me a working furnace and hotwater heater in the middle of winter is not a favor, it is however, your job!



Trash is also an issue. 3 dumpsters per 64 units picked up once a week is not enough. Then after they are full people just set it on the ground near the dumpster so that the raccoons,possums, and stray cats can drag it all over the place.



Bugs are every where. I have heard the ground floors are even worse. The office had pest control people come and spray but it didn?t help the problem.



Don?t even think of scrubbing the walls. It must be a water based paint or something because if you try to get something off the wall the paint will come right off with it.



I?m sure that I left a few things out but my advice is to just keep looking. There are many better places to waste your money.

Almost forgot, had to call the cops to bust someone breaking in across the hall. They finally showed up as he was heading across the parking lot with his loot. Funny to watch but not fun to live in
