There are numerous things about this apartment complex that are worth noteing. First in the winter if the heat in your apartment is set under 80 you freeze. The weatherstripping on the doors in non-existant. In the winter time if it is snowing it comes in through the door. You can hear the person upstairs whisper the walls are so thin. The management always thinks they are doing you a favor, when in fact they are doing what their job entails. You can almost fit a cup of coffee in the micro-microwave, the paint on the walls is no good. If you touch it it comes off. The linoleum stains if you spill water on it. The parking is horrible, when you found a spot you usually had to walk a quarter of a mile to your apartment, and the spaces are wide enough to hold a motorcycle. After one year there I need my car repainted because of all the door dings. People park in the spots next to the enterance to their apartment and don't move their cars for three months. If you complain about it management says they can't do anything, but if you park in a car-port that's not yours they tow your car. So if you are looking at this complex look on. The section 8 apartments two blocks west are better and a third of the price!!!!!!!!!
