I just tripped onto this website.
I chose Bennington because it was super close to work. The staff was really nice and helped me get acquainted with the area. I moved from out of town, and only saw an exapmle apartment. But mine was in great condition and clean. A little trouble with drafts and windows, but I have had that problem with any apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment had great closets and that is one reason why I picked there to live.

Maintenance was great--almost always done by the next day I reported it. I never had service like that any where else I lived. And trash was picked up. They also put up some doggie bags for walking dogs and my neighbors who had a dog really liked that. It kept the area clean.

I was reading other reviews and can't believe they are talking about the same property. I didn't experience anything like what others were talking about. Apartments are built with thin walls--but I haven't lived in one that I couldn't hear noises from people around you. I only complained once about some neighbors and the office took care of the problem and I also talked to the pepole about keeping it down. That seemed to work out ok. I guess my experience with the staff was really positive and I never experienced any trouble. They seemed to be on top of it and always knew my name and apt number when I walked in.

Bennington even offered a deal if I stayed on for a new contract. I moved because I bought a house. Otherwise I would have stayed but can't refuse great interest rate for same price as rent.

Parking is tight, but get a carport--worth the fee and no stress at night if you get home late. Parking is lighted and halls are brighly lit. I never had trouble with my car or crime when I lived there. I even told some others at my job to check it out.

I would definately live there again if I had to rent instead of own.
