First off the property manager is a b*t*h. She was VERY rude and disrespectful and snobby. Needs to be fired. Second of all the crime amout around the aparments is unbelieveable for Northland. Heard gun shots all the time and police chases on Bennington. We caught someone tring to get into our apartment. The pool is ruff on bottom and cuts your feet open. We could here the underground drilling from the mines under us, which caused the walls to crack and wee got charged for it. Parking is horrible, many people got there cars broken into because there isn't enough parking so you park on the streets. Be careful at night. BEWARE!!!

I agree. This place is a living hell. I HATE IT HEAR!!!! Save yourself and don't move here PLEASE! The office staff don't care about you or if your comfortable in their apartments. The maintenance will leave your door open for thieves to come rob you. The appliances are SUPER OLD and don't work. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
