Easy access to 435, but there is absolutely NOTHING around for miles in terms of shopping or nightlife. Very dull area, but then again it was quiet. Staff was always nice and helpful. Never had a problem with noise, and couldn't hear my neighbors at all. We did have a problem with bugs and we were on the top floor. They were coming in through the attic, and were probably heavy because we lived on the edge of the wooded area. Also there were about 20 stray cats who liked to hang around my building and fight with raccoons at night. That drove me crazy. Overall, okay, no major problems, just a few minor annoyances.
