Living here the past 3 yrs has been great. There is a nice quiet park adjacent to this apt complex. The staff is very friendly. They do an annual free gift wrapping and wine and cheese party that is very nice. When our apt is in need of service or repair, it is usually promptly done. I really have no complaints. There has been some construction here recently, but other than that, it is a nice quiet and peaceful place to live. I find it to be relatively safe compared to other areas of KC.
