Great aparment community, with easy access to I-435, I-35, and Highway 210.

The apartments are kept in top notch condition, and when repairs are needed they are done well and efficiently.

Come winter when it snows, the parking lots are well shoveled, and the walkway paths are well salted. In fact I think they put down too much salt, but I would rather have too much than too little.

The aparments were built in the late 80's, but look like they could of been built yesterday. A pool and hot tub that you would actually want to get into make for a nice relaxing time.

Next door lies a beautiful large park ( no swingsets or anything like that ) with rolling hills, and trails through a nature preserve.

4 miles from Cerner.

At some buildings parking is somewhat of a problem, however plenty or carports are available and it is never a problem to find a spot to park with a very short walk to your apartment building.

There have been a couple acts of vandalism that have occured, however nothing more than you would find at any other apartment community. The parking lots are lit (could probably be lit a little more, but that might be annoying. It is not Wal-Mart)

i am scheduled to move in the end of this week and i am well pleased with the service i have had so far 2 of the office ladies were very helpful and knowing 2 other residents of the complex maintenance seems to be done in a timely manner. overall i am satisfied with how i was treated even when i was just looking at the complex no apartment complex is perfect but they are by far better than where i live now
