I just want to comment on a few of the negative surveys that were made by some of the past tennants. First of all, it's too bad they had a bad experience with the property.

In my opinion I came here out of a bad relationship and the staff and especially Renee have been all but very nice to me. I came here from a list of options in finding a place in the northland. I like the fact that the property is minutes from the downtown area and it's very accessible to hiway 435. There is a quicktrip and wendys down the street, a target store is just minutes away with a grocery store right next to it. I have been treated with kindness and courtesy for the past two and half years that I have been here.

When ever there was a problem either with my refrigerator, facets, garbage disposal, or any other minor repairs, there was someone in my apartment the next day with a courtesy call before they arrived to fix the problem.

I have never had a bad experience with parking I pay a little more a month for covered parking but it has been worth it. It cost about twenty five dollars or so more a month but really helps from freezing rain and any hail damage.

The overall place around here is very quiet with noise from people walking up the wooden steps. The walls for the most part are very quiet, and the only sounds I hear are sometimes the people walking above me.

Some of the really nice benefits is the stackable washer and dryer units. I have a curtain to hid them in the bathroom. There is a small porch from the living room. The one bedroom apartment has five nice size closets, I don't have a fireplace so it helps with the wall space. The only thing missing is a storage unit for extra things.

The 24hr workout facility is clean and the pool area in the summertime is a great place to get cool. I have never had any problems with the bottom of the pool scratching my feet the only thing that doesn't work is the hot tub in the winter time. It has been closed just this past winter because some people I have heard kept forgetting to cover the hot tub.

Bennington ridge is a very clean environment and the lawn care is great. I have over the past six months had three inspections for termites, bugs, etc. I have only found a few small spiders and rollie pollie's (bugs) in the sring and summer time.

My utilities are reasonable with only 40.00 for gas and 40.00 for electric. I'm on a level pay program. The property pays for water and trash. They even give a person a discount for referrals.

I have enjoyed my overall experience and would recommend this property to anyone who is professional and of good quality.
