There are no problems with the complex itself. But the neighborhood is an iffy at times.
Been living in these apartments for almost 2 years this March. It is not that bad, the price is decent especially if you're a Cerner Associate. I don't think the new management has a Cerner discount anymore though. There is always parking unless it's the holiday season, which makes sense cause everyone has friends over. Noise is not bad at all, my neighbors are pretty quiet during the weekday and they do turn their music a bit loud on the weekends, but I don't mind that on the weekend nights cause I do it too.

They have always come quickly to fix things if needed.

My car did get broken into alongside my neighbor's car. Both cars did not have alarms and my stereo was stolen along with anything of value in my trunk, which was a spare tire. I had a prelude at the time but sold it. The management did nothing about the cars being broken into inside the parking lot. The only thing we could do is file a police report and pay for our new windows.

But besides my car being broken into, everything else is ok. The new management fixed the workout facility, it looks livelier. Carports aren't that expensive and do help out with the recent ice storms we have been having. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
