We moved in last summer and we are getting ready to resign our lease. The location is fantastic. My husband works way south of the city and I work way north, but it is only about a 20-25 minute drive for each of us and you can probably get to anywhere in the city in about the same time or less. And we have had no issues with it being a bad neighborhood or anything. We almost always have available parking close to our place, but every once in a while we will have to park a few spots away, but it's never really far. The management is very approachable and quick to get on top of things. When our washer broke, they just came in and replaced it within a week and called a few days after to make sure everything was ok. Other apartments with similar amenities go for much higher rates, so I think Bennington Ridge is a good deal. They recently upgraded the fitness room and added a tanning bed
