I've lived here for a year, and I just HAPPILY renewed my lease.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful for me. Perhaps the difference is how you approach them. I am always kind and polite with them, and they do what they can to make me happy and make it right.

I feel safe here. I have only heard of one attempted break in, and that apartment constantly keeps their blinds open - I'm convinced the attempted theif saw what they had in their apartment and tried to break in based on that. I keep my blinds closed when I'm not home, keep the door locked, and I'm fine. As far as car break-ins - I don't keep anything tempting in my car, and I haven't had a problem.

There's a washer/dryer unit in the apartment - a stacked unit. True, it's smaller than normal side by side washers and dryers, but it's decent for a one or two person household. It's FAR better than having to haul your laundry outside your apartment!

Based on other apartments I've lived in, I think it's a good deal considering the location and the features of the apartment. The property managers are continually trying to upgrade and make the place better. They also give a rent discount to teachers, which I like!
