The office staff are the worst people that I have ever incountered. They don't care about you, only your money. They are snide and don't care if you renew or not. They want all the money they can get out of you. They don't pay anything. You pay water, trash, utilites, and covered parking if you want. They will raise your rent everytime you move in. I started at 550 and in 3 years I was paying 685 a month. The colors that you see on the walls, they charge you for that as well. I was told monthly charges for paint at first...what a deal' When you move out they expect the apartment to look like it did when you move out, everyone knows that things go wrong with cheaply made apartments, but they will charge you for everything. If you are not going to live in your apartment this is the place for you. DON'T MOVE HERE, TRUST ME. I did it for 3 years only b/c I couldn't move just yet. The girls in the office will not help you in anyway possible. They are like highschool girls.

I agree with the above review. They constantly overcharged us on our bills. We went in at least once a month to clear things up and even after that our account was messed up. We routinely received account due notices for things we already paid and they lumped on a bunch of extra charges (delivery, office charge, etc) each time they generated one of the bogus notices. When we moved out, we thought we had everything straightened out with our account and paid the amount on the "final" bill. A month later, I received a notice from a collection agency saying they were seeking money for Bennington Ridge. Everything was paid in full when we left and I even found the accounting error on the notice they sent us but they wouldn't listen to me. It's been over a year and a half later, and we still can't get things straighten out with my credit report. The service and staff were horrible and we had many problems in our apartment unit that were never addressed before we moved out.

I think this is a little harsh, I have lived her for a little over two years and think its a Great placer to live. My friend actually lived her before me for a year. The office staff has come and gone over the two years when I first moved in it was wonderful then it was off and on, they have a whole new staff it seems and they seem pretty good to me I have only talked to a couple of them but I wouldn't' have anything bad to say. Maintenance is off and on sometimes it takes days and multiple calls to get things done, and other days they are here with-in a hour. My rent has been increased a little bit but I always get my carpets cleaned or a gift card plus it sure beats Moving all the time! And I LOVE the Tanning Bed!

They must have really cared about you, or you must be some sort of friend. I hardly asked for anything and got attitude every time I did ask. The people on my entire floor agreed with me completely!!! They all moved out with in a year....I stuck it out to see if things would change and they didn't!!!!
