I moved in at the end of 2007 and have had nothing but good experiences with both the staff and the facility. My only call for service (an A/C problem) was handled within a few hours. The two fitness centers were recently improved upon. There are free parties for the residents several times a year. The place is quiet and clean. The staff was always very professional when I spoke with them and seemed to have a genuine concern for me.
Where else can you get a fireplace, balcony, two walk-in closets, a carport, a washer and dryer, two fitness centers plus a pool, and free parties for this price' It's a great buy.
Its always easy to complain about a place that isn't "perfect" but give this place some credit. The staff does a great job and I'm very happy to be staying here.

I'm glad you had a good experience. Unfortunately, mine was very different as were the experiences of my neighbors. We all moved out mighty fast.

I feel the same way the this person does. All that extra stuff is "great" but when you feel like the office staff doesn't even care who you are it really doesn't matter. Just wait until you have a concern that the office staff doesn't want to address. You will see with in time. Kathy is the only office staff you should speak with and your time there will be good! Watch your car as well, there are alot of break ins. Don't leave anything in your car.

Perhaps you should be addressing your problems with the office staff. I find if I don't go in there yelling and screaming then they are very good to me. I feel like the new office staff is trying very hard to fix mistakes of the old office staff and we should give them a break. Nick

The new office staff is pnenomenal. I'm not sure about Kathy, but the manager and the leasing girl are the best bennington has seen. I am very happy with my experience and will refer everyone who works at Cerner, which is where I work.

I'm Kinda surprised what people are saying about the office staff.....I feel like things are really getting better This new office staff is really trying to get back on track Elizabeth was Awesome, as well as Ramie, after that it all went downhill for a while, but with the new managers you can see they are trying. The Old Business manager ( not saying names) was Awfull my bill was allways wrong and she was soo mean, but she is gone thank god! And I havent' had problems since. I feel like the leasing agents that came and went after Ramie left didnt' really care but I think its getting better. I don't Agree at all about the earlier comment about who is the only office staff you should speak with, Every time I speak with her she is flat our rude and impatient . Now the Maintenance ROCKS at here I have seen the same two guys for the whole time I have lived here and they really know what they are doing. I feel like this a good place to live at a decent rent.
