My son and I recently moved from a single-family home to Bennington Ridge and are very happy. I have only lived in one other apartment during my life, so this is a huge change, but a great one! Bennington Ridge is far better than the other Northland apartments we looked at. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are not new, but look nice and are well-maintained. The large bedroom windows are very drafty and should be replaced. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient when I have had to call (even on a Saturday). The parties are fun and a great way to get to know others in the community. Overall, we are very happy living here.
