This is by far the most pleasant property in the Kansas City area I have ever experienced. The lawns are a lush soft green, there is a park across the street, and pets are welcome! You have to pay for your furry friends, but they are welcome! Any breed as well, it was a welcome sight as most places have weight/breed limits. The pool looks nice (moved in this winter), and the fact that we have a washer and dryer for a nice price! Everything is awsome here, with a fantastic staff that will work with you on any situation you might have! I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to live in a very nice place for less! sometimes things are too good to be true, this is one of the times that it is very true!
