The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They have responded to all my needs in a satisfactory time. Maintainance team now is great. The grounds are starting to be taken care of alot better (like it use to be). The problems that I have had are: Someone breaking into cars (was caught though) but its always another thief waiting though, and people letting their dogs take a dump right in the grass at the bottom of the steps!! So when you come down all you see and smell is a mix of fresh/old dookie. Oh, and I also hear couples fighting on and off.... So basically its mainly the rude tenants that pisses me off!! Thats apartment living though...
