Overall, I thought the Bicycle Club was a nice place to live.

The good stuff: management has always been very friendly and helpful to me and repairmen were sent promptly; apartments themselves are pretty nice - very roomy; clubhouse is new and very nice; location is convenient and near shopping opportunities; great school district; parking is usually fine (and they just installed lighting in most car ports); reasonable prices; they give you tons of laundry credit on your card (I had $300 left over when I moved).

The not-so-good: the apartments (at least mine) aren't in perfect condition (my carpeting was a bit frayed in corners/edges); other tenants can be kinda messy (dog poop and not getting trash all the way in the dumpster); not ideal access for running (hills and lack of sidewalks); don't get a first-floor apartment (some neighbors mentioned there used to be peeping toms, although I never saw any with my first-floor apartment).

Overall, it's good!
