Too many problems

Where to start with this apartment, that is a good question. First when I moved in i noticed an electrical problem through out the entire apartment. The problem consisted of both the common and hot wires being hot(conducting electricity). I contacted managment told them my problem and they informed me that an Electrician was already going to be at the complex the following day and that they would have him/her come and fix the problem... that would have been fine but the Electrician never came. To days later, as I was getting ready to leave, maintainace was at my door to fix the problem (note, they were supposed to call me first and never did). I told the maintainance that I was getting ready to leave, they said that they would come back the following day. Well, they never did, and rather then have maintainance, not the qualified electrician they promised, i decided to have a personal friend, who is and electrician fix my electrical problems. F.Y.I. my friend said who ever messed with the electricity in the past crossed not only the common and hot but my ground wire was also conducting electricity. My electrical problem was obviously not a big deal, even though it was a fire hazard, to the aparment managment because they haven't followed up on this problem and its been over 6 months.
Second my girlfriend, who was 7 months pregnant at the time, wakes up to noises in the kitchen. She was scared to death that someone had broke in to the apartment. Well, it wasn't someone breaking in in was maintainance, they came to fix our sink...except our sink wasn't broke nor did we call for maintainance. So, after my girlfriend argued with the guy for 5 minutes or so, the maintainance man relized he had the wrong apartment.
Now for parking, first off in my area of the complex we have 3 buildings with 10 units in each building and about 35-40 parking spaces for all 3 buildings. That is barely the number need to give everyone 1 parking space!! And in the lease we are allowed 2 spots. Then they put a TOW sticker on my 2nd car because they said it was abandond. Yeah... that car was was properly registered, had insurance on it, and was being used. I call managment and told them, they apologized and said they would come peal the sticker of my car...they never did not until 4 days, 2 more phone calls, until eventualy i got tired of the run around they were giving me and i asked for the regional manager for the managment agincy they worked for. Within 3 minutes of me talking to the regional manager the problem was fixed.
Finally, noise...parting in the parking lot at all hours of the night, people urinating off decks. I could gone on for hours about this apartment but to keep this short (well shorter)"I would not recomend this apartment to anyone, you could honestly probably find a better place to live in the getto."
