No way! Never again!
At first we thought it was a decent place to live but over our 12 month lease, it seemed like they (BCA) was letting ANYONE move in-and NOT the kind of neighbors most of us would want!
Maitenance complaints were handled but any issues with noise or neighbors' Yeah, right! Parties EVERY night' Too bad, "its community living." Their words, not mine! We couldn't wait to get out of there!
And no one seemed responsible for over $3,500 worth of car stereo equipment stolen-even though THEY MADE us park on the street the night it occured!!!

You're just mad that there weren't people "like you" that lived around you. They have to rent to anyone that "qualifies", don't you know that's a law and discrimination if they don't? And no one can MAKE you park anywhere. Maybe you should have locked your car and have an alarm system installed, you're not in the boonies, it's 2006, get real.

Wow, so quick to judge now aren't we hm2006. I'm sure that they did have their car locked, especially if they had expensive stereo equipment. Sometimes alarm systems and locked doors don't mean a thing to criminals, they usually find a way to get what they want. It's too bad that apartment complexes don't have qualifications or run background checks for common courtesy and respect...
