The management has done an okay job. As a leasing agent with another property, I feel like they have some very strict rules compared to most properties. Besides that, they are okay but notorious for not following through with giving messages. They have failed to tell us when the maintenance staff would come back to make additional repairs many times.

The maintenance is not to the best standards. They moved us in on very old carpet and later told us that they were going to replace it once we leave. That makes me want to stick around! They also halfway complete some jobs that are not of high importance even after numerous requests. Aside from that, they usually complete things soon enough after we call it in. Also, the grass is cut weekly but it is never cut short enough. There is a small problem with owners leaving animal waste on the lawns. Shrubs need to be cut back and kept free of dead material.

Neighbors above are not very considerate of the people below on balconies (ie letting dogs urinate off balconies). The staff will take care of some complaints but seem to ignore most.

If I had to choose again an apartment in the Northland, the Bicycle Club would not be my choice.
