Going Downhill Fast

When we first moved into this apartment, we were very satisfied. We had considerate neighbors, and no problems at all. It was crazy after only living there for 1 1/2 years how quickly things could change. In came the loud abnoxious neighbors, then the kids throwing rocks at cars, and the swimming pool that was so foggy you could not see the bottom. This apartment complex has turned into white-trash and thug capitol USA. Be aware that $100 dollars of your deposit is non-refundable. I do not recommend.....
