I have lived here for nearly five years. I originally lived with a roommate in a two bedroom, and it was wonderful. Very spacious, nice neighbors (most of the time), and it was pretty quiet. Then I moved to a one bedroom, and didn't really have any problems until the past year or so. They have let the scum of the earth move in and have raised my rent $25 per month, each year since. I live in a small apartment, and I am paying $554 a month. The next apartment I am moving to (in a better complex)is $660 a month and I get a 2-bedroom, 2 bath, with a den and a washer/dryer in the unit. You'd think they'd take a little more care of there good tenants. But no they let the trashy ones in to do their drugs and what-have-you. Nothing like walking out to your car with the smell of weed in the air, and seeing the perps on their balconies.
