My husband,my youngest daughter and myself lived at this complex from 2002-2003. I agree that the management is horrible. We too experienced some of the same problems with the management or lak of. In regards to the deposit situations we had our carpets cleaned prior to leaving and I did show that to management and our deposit was returned. Now 2 1/2 years later we get a letter from a collection agency stating we owe $100. When we inquired about this we were told that we owed that because we were not to have received it back in the deposit refund because it is to cover NORMAL wear and tear of the apartment. We at this point do not still have the old cleaning receipt so we have no choice but to pay the fine so our credit is not hurt. Anyway, other things include a murder in the building by us in 2003. Kids everywhere with NO respect. Parties constantly. Nothing but white trash! I would warn anyone to stay clear from here. The only reason we were not paying as much in rent is because when we moved in our apartment was not done like they said and even one toilet wes still removed as they were replacing stuff. Tools and misc. were left all around the place and the new carpet that had just been put down had not even been vaccumed so we had to clean before we could get our stuff in that day.
