I just moved last month and could not be happier. I can shop at Zona Rosa which is 5 minutes away and still feel like I live in the country. The pool and hot tub just opened up this weekend and I can not wait to go swimming. If you get a chance check out the "huge" TV that they have in their cinema, just below the workout room. The one thing, I suggest to anyone is to rent a covered parking spot. That way you know for sure that you have a spot to park. Anyway, I just wanted anyone that is looking for a nice place to live that is affordable, to check this place out. One more thing that sold me about here was the FREE laundry. Thank goodness no more laundrymats, ever!

even if you "rent" parking, the office does not enforce no one else parking in your space, and the othere tenants don't care if it's your reserved space or not nor do their guests and the office will not have anyone towed although signs posted everywhere would indicate they will. You are new so, in about 6-8 months, it will be interesting if you still have the same views.

I'm assuming the "good" reviews are posted by the management to increase the rating.
