the message says they are located in KANSAS when you push the button regarding description or location of the apratments. That should be a clue right there. The complex is actually located in the State of Missouri.............this is the type of service you will receive. They don not pay attention to details.........

Do you realize people are "found dead" all over the U.S.? People die of natural causes, accidental deaths, suicides, and of course homicide. But get real, do you watch the news. I remember when that happened and he died of natural causes (health condition). Get your facts straight before you go running your mouth.

To the last response, how do you even know which specific death he or she is talking about...I'm sure that they are well aware that deaths happen all across the U.S. They may be speaking of a completely different incident. You seem so quick to judge people because they actually value their safety? Seriously, maybe you need to take your own advice and quit running your mouth.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! The management is more animal friendly than people friendly. There really is dog poop everywhere and the dogs bark constantly! IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPIDERS, this is NOT the place to be...because of all the wood in the walkways/stairways, the wood spiders come right in the apartments! They do spray for roaches but that's because there IS A ROACH PROBLEM in some units. The pool is ok but often dirty. The tennis court is rarely used because the trees shed on it and it's in a scary timber area. THERE IS NO HOT TUB LIKE THEY SAY! The basketball goal is always broken. Don't play volleyball or other tentants complain of noise (yes,in the daytime!) They don't water the grounds so the grass looks yellow and cigarette butts and beer bottles/cans are everywhere on the wkends. The air conditioning/heaters goes out frequently and also the washer/dryers/and garbage disposables. The walls are patched poorly and the carpet and lenolium have stains and tears. People complain constantly, and the office people write noise violations right and left without even having the noise complaints checked out by security (who is never around). 3 noise violations and they give an eviction notice (without even having proof...Just from the word of someone else.) Actually, the fitness center is the nicest feature there. The rent's affordable, but you get what you pay for. The office women are friendly when you are filling out the paperwork, but afterwords quite cold. Think carefully before deciding.

This is my personal experience with the Bicycle Club for all it's worth, but I think more people should write about their experiences here so others don't have to go through it. To start out with, the maintenance is very poor! If you report a problem, they take quite a while to get to it. Over the summer my A/C stopped working and so did a few other peoples and we went a week with no air and it was in the 90's outside. Opening the windows doesn't help much because the way they are located they don't catch a breeze. The dogs do bark alot and people sometimes let them sleep on their decks and as you approach the building they will bark loud. It's just irritating to hear every single evening when you come home. The office people don't care about that, but if people make the slightest noise they are very quick to give noise violations!!! 3 noise violations and you are evicted. My ceiling had a leak after I moved in and they had to fix it three times before it was actually really fixed. This caused my carpet to look worse and took some time for it to dry. The washers break down alot. On the average it takes 2 wks for the maintenance to fix them.People let their dogs poop in the breezways right in front of the doors. In all my yrs of rening I've never seen that happen, till I lived here. The office women are very friendly at first then rude later. The mail gets placed in the wrong mail boxes frequently. Cops are called out their quite often so that should tell you something. When it snows they don't clear the driveway very well...leaving huge piles where the parking spots should be. The balconies paint is very chipped and the boards are weak. They are wood with slats and the people above you will drop food and other things right on your head. When they sweep it comes right down to your balcony. One of their employees was found in the laundry room taking out someone clothes from the dryer and looking through ladies underwear. This was reported to the office manager and he still works there. My apartment has had a roach issue, and I've called about it and they spray, but the roaches are still just as bad. I keep my place very clean so that tells me other apartment have the same problem. The apartment demo they will show you is very nice, but the ones they actually rent have alot of problems that you wont see until later. Food delivery people will knock on the wrong doors and this is aggrivating if you are trying to sleep. It happened to me 4 times in my first 2 months of living there. The laundry rooms are not kept clean. People throw their personal kitchen garbage and dirty diapers in the laundry trash can, and it stinks. The equipment in the fitness center is dangerous and falls apart while your using it...the screws came out while i was using it. The tredmills rarely work correctly. They clean the pool once a week but on the other days it gets dirty fast from all the leaves from the nearby trees and the bugs are a big problem. My next door neighbors fight extremely loud and last week the guy was arrested for beating his wife and trying to kill her...She had strangulation marks on her neck. To make the matter worse, their child witnessed this and we found out he is on the sex offender list. This is quite serious for those of you who have children. At night there is always a group of guys sitting on the picnic tables and if you are out for an evening walk they make hollar out comments at you, then leave their beer bottles all over the grass. The utility bills are quite high also. If you feel this is where you want to live, I would inquire about your new neighbors first. When I first looked at the place I thought it would be a good place, but soon regretted the move. There are alot of cheaper and nicer places to rent in the area if you look. Good luck and think carefully before you choose this place.

People shoot fireworks off for 2 weeks straight from the end of June until July 4. I was so sick of the nusiance and noise that I finally called the police. Becasue I called the police I was vandalised and had things stolen for months. Finally it quiet down but i believe the vandals might still live here. I know the same people would leave beer bottles in the parking lot. They set off fireworks several times at 2 am or 3 am! I was asleep and this is what I wake up to? It reminded me of the ghetto or something especially when one of the people in the building next to me would have VERY loud parties. She would have about 30 or so thug type people over. She ended up just leaving her apartment. They let in bad people, let them stay there and will not good people renew their lease. Please beware of Simone; she is very tough to deal with.
