Don't even consider even looking at the Bicycle Club Apartments! The management is very nice until you sign the lease, and then let the games begin!
The first week, my new car was broken into in the covered parking area (which was unavailable half the time). On my second week, a murder occurred. And after talking to my neighbors, they said "The place had a very high crime rate" and "There's never a dull moment"! It's not until you move-in, that you truly notice the poor condition of the complex. Trash and cigarettes butts are present everywhere.
And once again, the management/office staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are very rude, uncaring and extremely arrogant. The manager is very unpleasant to deal with.
My friends and family summed it up the best "The place is one big white trash jamboree"! So, don't make the same mistake I did. Please, just do your research and talk to the current residents. Because it was 12 months of living hell. I truly learned a valuable lesson trying to save some money. Believe me, just spend a little more and you'll be happier in the long run.

I lived there for a year and actually miss it. The place was nice and every time I went in the office, or called with a question or concern they were on top of it. Maybe you're approaching them wrong. Not only that, the apartment I was in was beautiful!!!!!!

hm2006, You obviously have very low standards and/or are with The Bicycle Club management team. I had a very similar experience as the review ("Horrible"). The apartments have a extremely high crime rate with very poor management.

When I was looking for an apartment, my first stop was the Bicycle Club...I wasn't thrilled about it, the floor plans are not that great. So, I went right across the street to Applewood at the Coves and found an excellent staff with apartments that had better floorplans and they were cheaper!! I've been here for about 3 months now and I have had no problems with noise, other tenants; in fact, one of my neighbors put my load of laundry in the dryer for me and paid for it, no questions asked. I have had nothing but a good experience w/Applewood at the Coves. You might want to check it out; just driving down the street I always notice that the people going into the Bicycle Club are always the same people riding other cars' bumpers and peeling out onto Green Hills Rd., just an observation...

This place loves to complain about people. You won't be able to live in peace here if you have a family.

these apartments suck. I am sure that there are a few folks having a good experience, but if the majority have the same complaints, I suspect there is a problem........you make the call..............
I lived there 3 years and it was the WORSt ever. In order to get me to resign they would indicate that they would be more diligent in taking care of problems but they never were. I had to constantly complain aobut the same things. My ceiling leaked for MONTHS and they acted like I was bothering them. Maintenace was called on the emergency line and called me to day he would be there "after church" Are you kididng me, MY APARTMENT IS FLOODING and he wants to finish church first. Its all about priorities and what is inportant to tenants is absolutely NOT important to managment. If you read your lease carefully you will see a claus that says that even if the apartments are neglegent and someone is hurt or dies, they aren't responsible. I think that got added the 2nd year I lived there because so many people complained about their lack of security...........calling and employing a company is not where it stops, you need to be sure that the company does their job and the Security at the Bicycle Club doesn't.
