The good: The rent is very affordable, and the location is excellent. I've never noticed any problems with the grounds (aside from what's discussed below), and the pool and clubhouse areas are very nice. My apartment is well-insulated, and I find that I rarely even need to turn the heat on due to radiant heat from the adjacent units. Additionally, the management I've encountered have always been very friendly to me -- I suspect the people who have problems with them are indeed approaching them the wrong way.

The bad: There is certainly a "white trash" element here, and I live above some people who treat their patio like a hillbilly porch. The ceilings in the apartment seem very thin, so I can hear pretty much everything that's going on above me. Finally, I've noticed that the vast majority of the residents here do not clean up after their dogs, so I would advise against walking through the grassy areas, unless you like stepping in doggy pooh.

Conclusion: You get what you pay for. I've yet to live in a "perfect" apartment, but I'm certain that years from now, I won't regret having lived here. The biggest nuisance is the noise coming from upstairs, but I'm coping with it. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to people who tend to complain a lot, because it certainly has its deficiencies. But it's absolutely fine for young bachelors like myself, and I'll likely renew my lease when it comes up again this summer. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Be thankful you have one of the newer dwellings, either that or your blind. Our building doesnt recieve any attention. As for the pool, if you like a bacteria abcess, then go for it.
