I had a pretty good experience with this complex. They were rather prompt with repairs, spray for bugs regularly, and were generally pleasant people. The apartment was pretty nice although the patch jobs on my walls were pretty poorly done. Other than that and inadequate parking (I work late and had to park on the street because all of the spaces were taken by the time I got home), the place was pretty nice. The grounds are well-kept and the remoteness of the complex was especially pleasing. The rent was on the lower end of the average spectrum. Oh and the free laundry was really nice!
