I'm in the military and lived there for 2 years and at first pretty good, until new management came in and I saw a change in new tenants. Just my point of view and observations, but it seemed like they would rent to anyone with a pulse; one of the main reasons I moved after my lease was up.

I agree. The trash and overturn volume of tenants might give them a clue as to who they are renting to. They don't care though as long as they are rented. had an argument with a management staff member who tried to tell me they were "rented to capasity" I said, that might be true but how many of them are quality responsible people who won't screw you guys or get evicted? She then hung up on me........
