First and foremost, I love my apartment. It's got a fire place and is well laid out. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the fact that there is little to no insulation in the walls of the apartment, making my electric bills in the winter time $225.00 to well over $250.00!!! This is to heat an all electric apartment that is under 1000 square feet!!! I've heated larger houses for much less than this. The management is complacent about it, offered me a credit once on my rent, but doesn't intend to fix any insulation issue. My lease is up in June and I'm moving out! Also anyone looking at these apartments should know that though the maintenance staff is AWESOME, the management is poor and doesn't really allow them to do their job as well as they could. It took more than 5 tries to fix my heater, which is in need of replacement and updating. They had to completely rewire my breaker box because it kept shorting out and causing the lights to flicker. Also my fridge, garbage disposal, and many other things have been replaced since I've moved in. These are things that seem to me, need to be checked before move in, but apparently the management here doesn't think so. Think twice before moving in here!!!!!!!!
