I edited this review because while it was honest I feel it is no longer necessary to go into details.
While I found a new place I still hold my orginal stance on the issues. The main manager is on a huge power trip and makes false statements without documentation to back up her claims.
The emegerency maintence guy is rude and refuses to come out if you call after 9 pm. My toliet overflowed and I had to clean up over an inch of water by myself.
My apartment was ok yet it has poor drianage so when it rained I had 5 inches of water outside my door. (yes I measured it once because no one really seemed to believe it was a bug deal.)
It was a decent size, the bedroom was small and the walk in closet huge. The patio was tiny and the apartment was hazy due to smokers in the same building. I would even smell the cigeratte smoke.
A few people who worked there were nice but they had no power to improve or change things. They used to have free laundry but changed to paid laundry with no notice. They gave me a note on my door once that said they were replacing the washer/dryers. I decided to wait to do laundry until they were fully installed. I dragged in my lanudry to find out it was now paid. I had to wait to do laundry until a couple days later when I had time to go to the bank and get change
I could go on and on about the bad.
I really liked the clubhouse which had a fitness center and a basement that could be used for tornados.
