I have lived at the Bicycle Club for several years. I really like my apartment and the managment was wonderful. They were kind and friendly, it felt like home. About a year ago a woman named Natasha started working in management. She is unkind, unprofessional and rude. It ruined my entire experience at the Bicycle Club and I will be moving due to only her. Too bad that one bad apple is allowed to work there and ruin it for the others.

Wow... wonder if the management company reads these reviews b/c I have to TOTALLY second the Natasha comment. She the RUDEST, most unprofessional woman I beleive I have ever dealt with. She needs to find a job assembling boxes in a warehouse b/c she should never be allowed to work with the public!

This is Natasha, The Assistant Property Manager at The Bicycle Club Apartments. I would first like to apolize for any unprofessional or rude behavior anyone may feel that have recieved from me. I love my job, my residents and the commmunity that I work at. Because of the position that I am in; collecting rents, filling Evictions dealing with residents complaints, lease violations, ect... I understand that I will not be able to make everyone happy. But I would like for thoses of you that I have upset to know it is not my intentions to upset anyone, I have a job to do and policy's to follow it is nothing personal. I understand that with today's economy, money is tight and lifes are stressful, but I have to follow policy's and I know they may not be what everyone wants to hear or it may not benefit their situation. Bacause many of my duties day to day can be more negative than postive I try and spend time explaining all the details to each situation and understanding everyone's concerns and frustrations. I know that dealing with one's money it can be very touchy and personal. I try and do what I can for each situation.
