Enjoy incompitent people, lousy maintenance, being lied to': Then come to the Bicycle Club.. In our apartment we had our own personal water fountain, and pool due to a broken pipe. We lived with this problem for six months. The maintenance men,...if you can call them MEN! Not only do they lack the knowledge of what maintenance is, they lack the ability to do just about anything, except, screwing in a light bulb. Im surprised they can manage that task without making the statement...that they told my husband..."well she had a list and its too cold outside". To that,I say MAN UP ALREADY. My personal favorite...the assistant manager....she really lives up to her last name. One month she lost a money order and had the gall to blame us...SHE CANT DO HER JOB, COMMUNICATE, OR EVEN BE PROFESSIONAL..I feel sorry for her child...In this economy, I dont understand how people can conduct themselves in this matter and still keep a job. The place is a DEATH TRAP, the boards have dry rot, ants, roaches, the concrete in the carports are cracking, and the electrical doesnt always work, and you guessed it..if the morons that are hired here attempt this...well RUN FOR COVER, ONE AFTERNOON, THE FREAK WAS WORKING WITH THE BREAKER BOX AND THE POWER WENT DOWN, HE NEVER TOLD ANYONE, AND WHEN OUR POWER WENT OUT, MY HUSBAND WENT OUTSIDE AND TOLD HIM THE PROPER WAY TO CORRECT THINGS...THE MORON THEN GOES BACK TO OFFICE AND HAD THE WHINNING FIT OF HOW HE IS AFRAID OF MY HUSBAND. If you need a better picture of THE MAINTENANCE MEN HERE, THINK OF SPONGEBOB AND PATRICK, BUT WITH LESS INTELLIGENCE. When there are limited resources, and you lose a job, or laid off, you take a major pay cut...and you end up stuck where your at. We have lived here for several years and recently the previous office staff were let go. Needless to say they are missed.

Love your Post. It is so right on. You must be at 4320 cuz I had the SAME EXACT flooding issues. They are incompetent to say the least. That is why I moved.
