I'm writing this because a friend of mine told me of the number of negative reviews. This is a very nice property in which to live. The grounds are kept very well. I've lived in two different units, (I moved from a smaller to larger unit), both of them were quite nice. For the affordability of these units, I don't expect perfection. What I DO get is a nice, affordable apartment; in a very nice neighborhood; close to everything that I need. The only downside that I have experienced has come from just a few of my fellow neighbors. One or more of the residents in my building have continued to feed a couple of stray cats; that have now turned into more than 8 cats (kittens).
The parking situation is explained to you upon move-in. Anyone complaining about that didn't pay attention when they moved in. You have the option to pay for a reserved, covered space, or park in any of the other available open spaces. When those spaces are all used, your only option is to park on the street; which may or may not be close to your unit. I chose to pay for a covered space right in front of my building. I've had a couple of incidents where somewhere has parked in my space. The management has explained to me the process to prevent this from happening in the future. The spaces are clearly marked as reserved.
The pool and fitness facility are very nice, for the price of my unit. This property, in my mind, takes great care of the residents that pay their rent on time. I noticed people complaining about the Asst. Mgr. The only time a resident would have occasion to deal with Natasha directly, is if they didn't pay their rent on time, or are the source of some other issue. They often offer specials, referral bonuses, early-bird rent payment prizes, among others. I'm in my second year here, and I plan on staying for at least another 1-2.

I dealt with Natasha several times in my time there, as she often answered the telephone. Therefore, if I had a repair, noise complaint, etc., so was the one to deal handle it. Each and every time I spoke to that woman she was rude, cocky, and just plain unprofessional. I never had an issue with late rent, etc. Bottom line: A manager of an apartment complex should be approachable, friendly, courteous, and willing to help. If not, she should choose another profession.
