This a cheap and unpretentious place located in a fairly good neighborhood. I wish they would have changed that garishly red 1970s shag carpet with the stains on it when I was living there. They did give me a new mattress upon request. The rooms are large. Sometimes the neighbors were loud and I was not interested in becoming friends with them. They would play their music loud but I could usually get them to turn it down when I called management about it. They usually get a retiree to live in and run the place. The car did not get broken into there, even though I would leave my guitar in there overnight. I did get attacked by some teenagers when I was walking around the neighborhood at 2 in the morning. It was not on the property though. In general, these are decent apartments for the working man.
