Stay Away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I am going to agree with everyone else who has voiced their opinion. Just a couple of specifics: 1) Deck to bar (NV) added mid lease. No mention or care given to anyone who lived in the apartment. The deck added live music including DJ music until 3 AM. When one of the property managers (I know of 3 in a year) was approached about this the answer was 'oh well'. I asked if I could get out of the lease a couple months early and was told no chance. 2) The bar is also owned by the same owner of the building. This is the primary focus and there is not a consideration given to residents at the building. 3) Another tenant wanted to have a party but their loft was not big enough. Mgt allowed them to rent the empty loft next to mine with DJ until 4 AM. I asked why I wasn't informed or why this happened and Del's answer was "I already took their money. That's what you get for living in a multiple dwelling building." NICE. Stay away. I'm curious to see if I get any security deposit back.
