Here almost 2 years and love my place. I have off street parking in a secured garage and it's included in my rent, and my place rocks with all the appliances that are included. The building is a great mix of old world charm and modern amenities. I've never had any trouble with anyone or the owner. I pay my rent on time though and don't cause any problems so maybe that is the difference! I pay less than 800.00 a month. There was nothing else downtown that offered as much for the money so the decision to move here was a no brainer. Yeah, the nightclub was kind of noisy but I was told ahead of time about it so it was my decision to live here. Everything in my loft is almost brand new right down to the plumbing so I haven't had to call about any problems. The other cool thing is that it's a small building and there's only like 25 lofts, so everyone is friendly and it feels like home. This is where I live and I will be here for a while. I can only guess that with my knowledge of the staff and my good experiences here, the others that have left bad reviews probably weren't paying their rent, or were just unreasonable people that couldn't be satisfied with anything. It is hard to imagine anyone really having a problem with this place. I don't have any problem recommending this place to anyone.
