I lived at Camden for over two years. I was forced to sign my second lease, because my roommate left me with a two bedroom apartment and the refused to hold her responsible for her half of the rent even though both of our names were on the lease. The apartments are way over priced. They are extremely run down even though it does not appear that way from the street. The staff is extremely unhelpful. They even walked in on me in my apartment while I was being intimate with my boyfriend on the couch. All they care about is getting you to sign the lease after that they will not fix anything in your apartment that breaks. Then after you move out they will try and get you to pay for things that broke because they were cheap and not because you were abusive to them. Even if you have one little stain on the carpet they will try to force you to pay for it. The parking is awful. In some locations there are over 36 apartments with on 12 parking spaces. Do the math that is not nearly enough room. Because of the parking your car will be hit at least once, and it will be a big dent. Camden will say that they will write up a report, but all a report does is stay in your file. If are looking at Camden absolutely do not. And see what the next review says, because the staff of Camden always writes a good review for themselves after a bad one has been written. I would be willing to bet that any good review posted on this website was written by someone who is employed by Camden.
