Too expensive--apartments not worth the price!

I've lived at Camden for almost two years now and was satisfied at first, but now I'm livid. I moved into the older section of the apartments because it was the only place in the complex where I could get a one bedroom apartment for under $650. First, our hot water didn't work for a month. Then, our AC went out when it was over 95 degrees, and then our ceiling fell in over our bathroom. I understand it is an old place and it needs work...but it took nearly 4 months on the bathroom--still not completed, 3 weeks on the AC and one month for the water. Now I'm only paying three dollars under 650 and the apartments next to me are now worth 525. I had considered resigning until they told me my rent would increase. It might look nice, but it isn't worth it! The saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply to Camden!
