I didn't ever live here but they managed to screw me anyway. I looked at century towers and although they apartments were really small for what you paying, I really liked the amenities. I decided to go for it and requested a 2B/2b apartment. I needed to move in July 24 but all there leases expire 8/1. They told me when I turned in my application that they let me know if they'll have one before processing my application. When you turn in your application you also turn in your application fee and reservation fee. They called me a few days later telling me they would have a one bedroom available. I told them no because $550 for a 522 square feet apartment is not really worth it. I told them to cancel my application and rip up my checks. Well they ended up cashing my checks. I called them and they told me that since I had written I would take a one bedroom if absolutely necessary they processed my application and I would lose the reservation fee also. I am a little mad because they specifically told me they would not do so until they talked to me and I said no when they did. Had they told me they would process my app anyway when I turned it in and they told me they didn't know if they'll have anything I would have taken it back. So they screwed me don't let them do it to you too.
