I used to live here and at the time they gave rent incentives - so I paid $485 for a one bedroom. At fisrt this was great. Only medical students and their families living here - a few older people...and then the dogs came. What kind of idiot thinks that they can go to med school AND own a mid-size dog in a tiny little apartment''!!

After the dogs came the ghetto. Some ppl should just stay in the trailor park. I complained several time about specific persons and the "accomondating" managment staff refused to do anything about the trash in the hallways, messed up common facilities and went so far as to lock all the public restrooms due to misuse rather than punishing the offenders. They also decided that replacing the common hallway carpets on two floors was a better idea than banning pets.

This was a fairly comfortable place to live the first two years it was open, then it went downhill. What a waste!
