Cloverset Apartments

good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   i have had a couple problems since i have lived at cloverset and had the run around by the office staff for about 4 months. I did finally speak with the property manager and everything was resolved. I did just want to say that dealing with the staff on certain issues is ok, however if you have a real problem speak with the property manager it is the only way you will get something big done. The apartments are great and when looking at others this was the most spacious. The maintance is very friendly although they smoke in your apartment if you are not there and they are fixing something. the security gaurds are very friendly and they do there job the best they can, i have even had one of them ask if i was ok when i went to my car for something at 2am. The neighbors are friendly and over all i would suggest these apartments. Just keep in mind that when something big has to be replaced they are slow and save yourself the head ache and go straight to the property manager. leaving messages will not help.
